Founded by Lesia Parkhomenko and Lana Orlova, HouseUp Staging brings together a dynamic duo with a shared passion for design and real estate.

Lesia, a former visual designer at Anthropologie and an event agency founder, infuses each project with an unparalleled sense of style and creativity. Her ability to incorporate unique pieces adds character and charm to every home.
Meanwhile, Lana possesses a deep understanding of the real estate market. With her previous experience as a product manager at a real estate data analytics platform and as a real estate investor, Lana has a keen grasp of market trends and buyer preferences. Her insights enable us to tailor staging designs that maximize the appeal to the target market.

Our journey began with a successful collaborative project - an Airbnb residence in Florida that left an indelible mark. The overwhelming response and the joy we brought to guests ignited our passion for continuing as professional stagers, spreading the same magic and transformative power to every home we touch.

With meticulous attention to detail, we handpick furniture, decor, and accessories that reflect the unique character of each property, creating an inviting atmosphere that evokes emotion and entices potential buyers to fall in love at first sight. We also offer lighting and paint suggestions, color consultation and much more to elevate your home for sale.

We use our own furniture and decor from well-known brands like CB2, Crate and Barrel, Article, Anthropologie, West Elm, Lulu and Georgia, etc.
